You may cancel your policy within 14 days of issuing date, so you will get a refund of the insurance premium.

Clarification: You cannot get a refund if: a) The trip has begun b) You have filed a claim c) You have the intention to file a claim. 

No, there isn't any age limit.

However, for insured persons older than 75 years old all the covers apply, except health related incidents.

The EHIC card (European Health Insurance Card) gives you access to the public health care in European Union. In case of in-patient or out-patient expenses in a private hospital as well as for covers like medical repatriation, medical evacuation or extra medical expenses that are excluded by the EHIC card, a travel insurance policy can be a complementary solution.

 Allianz Global Assistance may pay the outgoing amount directly to the provider! Thus, you don't need to worry about these medical costs.

In this case, you should inform our Medical Service Dpt immediately at (+30) 211 10 98 098 or send us an email to medical@allianz-assistance.gr, which is available 24/7, in order to arrange for the direct payment of expenses. Please note, that in some cases, there is an excess amount that must be paid by you.

Once you have booked your travel insurane policy through the website of  Allianz Global Assistance, you receive a confirmation email of your purchase and the respective documents. Afterwards, you may save and/or print your policy.

Pre-existing medical conditions (conditions that are known before the booking of your policy) are not covered by our travel insurance programs.
