A secure payment gateway is used by Allianz Global Assistance. All transactions via credit/debit cards are secured.
We do not monitor, record or save your card personal details. The bank just approves or declines the transaction.
The confirmation of your purchase, insurance policy and respective documents, will be sent to your email, in order they can be saved or printed. Regarding the connection, an encrypted 40bit SSL Web Server Certificate is used by the bank. As a result, all the data are encoded making any illegal interception impossible.

Coverages
You may cancel your policy within 14 days of issuing date, so you will get a refund of the insurance premium.

Clarification: You cannot get a refund if: a) The trip has begun b) You have filed a claim c) You have the intention to file a claim.
No, there isn't any age limit.
However, for insured persons older than 75 years old all the covers apply, except health related incidents.

Allianz Global Assistance may pay the outgoing amount directly to the provider! Thus, you don't need to worry about these medical costs.
In this case, you should inform our Medical Service Dpt immediately at (+30) 211 10 98 098 or send us an email to medical@allianz-assistance.gr, which is available 24/7, in order to arrange for the direct payment of expenses. Please note, that in some cases, there is an excess amount that must be paid by you.
